Privacy
How TrustUsConsult handles personal data on www.trustusconsult.dk: what we keep, why, for how long, and what your rights are. The Danish text governs.
Controller
TrustUsConsult, CVR 46757734, is the controller for the processing described here. Questions about your data go to kontakt@trustusconsult.dk.
Visiting the site
We use no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising. Visit statistics are kept by the house itself: each day a random, salted fingerprint of your connection is computed and discarded the next day. It can count visitors per day and nothing else.
The only cookie the site sets is your login session, and only when you sign in. That is why there is no cookie banner.
When you write to us
The contact form, the application for admission and the request for access to full CVs store name, email, company if given, and your message. We use them to answer you and to handle your application or request. The legal basis is GDPR article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract) and 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
To keep the forms free of abuse we keep, for up to two days, a salted fingerprint of your IP address and your email that cannot be traced back to you.
Meeting requests
When you ask for a meeting with a specialist we store name, email, company if given, your proposed times and your description of the brief. The specialist sees them to reply; the board sees them to follow response times. You can follow and cancel the request through the link in your mail.
Clients with access
Approved clients sign in with a link sent to their email; there is no password. We store email, name, company and the time of your sign-in. We do not record which profiles you open.
Specialists in the house
Specialists maintain their own profile: title, description, skills, experience, education, certifications, portrait, availability and rate. A profile is public only once the specialist publishes it and has a rented office in the house. Rate and contact details are shown to approved clients only. The data is processed under the membership agreement.
Files in the house
The board places documents in the house's library and chooses who may read each of them. When you open a document as a specialist or a client, we note which version you opened and when, so the board can see whether a document has been read. Personal files, such as a lease or a certificate, can be read only by you and the board.

- Supabase (database, sign-in and files), data centre in Frankfurt, EU.
- Vercel (hosting of the site), EU region.
- Resend (sending of emails), EU region.
